Juvéderm is a minimally invasive procedure that gives you long-lasting, natural-looking results. One of the big advantages of Juvéderm is that if you don’t like how you look after treatment, you are not stuck with the look. Being a biodegradable dermal filler, it stays under the skin only until the body is ready to break it down. Once the body breaks it down (over time), you will get back your original appearance. How Does Juvéderm Work?

What is the Treatment Experience Like?

Once the best treatment plan has been determined for you, the targeted areas to be treated are marked for the procedure. The Juvéderm dermal filler is then injected into the target areas. Next, the areas are lightly massaged for a while to ensure the content of the injections are evenly distributed under the skin. This also reduces the chance of any swelling. This entire procedure can last anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour, depending on the number of areas that require treatment.

What is Juvéderm?

Juvéderm treatment is minimally invasive, pain-free (thanks to the lidocaine in the gel), and is, on the whole, a very comfortable procedure. However, you might experience some mild side effects such as:
